Electric kilns
Electric kiln
The kiln is part of cleaning process of the molds, when they are replaced from a glass machine. The kiln is used to burn of lubricant and other impurities so that their subsequent mechanical cleaning is possible. The kiln consists of a steel frame, covered with external plating. Emissions from the burning of molds are exhausted by a chimney in the vault of the kiln. The furnace is heated by a system of electric heating panels, thanks to which temperatures in the kiln reach up to 500 ° C with minimal emissions. Inner area of the kiln is insulated so the surface temperature doesn´t exceed 40°C. The optimal time of the burning process is 60 minutes. The kiln is supplied with a control system and an operator panel. Documentation, certification, installation and start-up is provided by our company.
